Many of the smaller to medium sized Hotels, Guest Houses and Holiday letting property owners who had previously advertised in the Newquay Guide and automatically been included in the Guide web site are unaware that its highly successful and popular website has continued to operate and deliver business to Newquay’s Tourism providers.

The site is the longest established on-line Guide to Newquay (having run for ten years) and in the last year of the Newquay Guide supplied over 40% of all the Guide enquires and requests to Restormel’s Tourism Department. One hundred and forty Newquay establishments currently advertise on the site.

It is very successful, both in terms of visitors but most importantly in delivering high quality enquiries to its advertisers. The link below will take you to a page on the site that has a copy of a recent newsletter that went out to all advertisers.

The site, which has secured a tie in with LateRooms to offer Late Availability, allows users to create and publish a Guide to Newquay personalised with their own content. The new LateRooms availability is proving a great success with the 3 Star Barrowfield securing 5 bookings over a single weekend after registering and setting up the service.
